I’ve been a wedding coordinator and planner for about five years now, but my love for organizing meaningful moments started long before that. I was born and raised in West Covina, California, and after high school I headed to New York, where I spent three years earning a degree in Theatre and Dance. That experience shaped who I am today—creative, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.

After graduating, I returned to California and worked as a stage manager, which (fun fact) turned out to be the perfect training ground for weddings. If you can manage actors in the middle of a live production, you can absolutely manage a wedding day. Timelines, cues, personalities, quick problem-solving—it all translates beautifully.

Organization is my strongest suit, and I genuinely thrive in the nitty-gritty details that make an event run smoothly. As I took on more weddings, I found myself falling in love not just with the big moments, but with the in-between ones: the planning process, getting to know my couples and their families, the anticipation leading up to the big day, and the adrenaline when everything finally comes together.

My goal is to help bring your vision to life while making the entire experience as seamless, stress-free, and joyful as possible—so you can focus on what truly matters.

When I’m not coordinating weddings, you’ll probably find me at Disneyland, enjoying chicken tenders and fries, or planning my next solo trip (because yes, I plan vacations just as thoroughly as weddings).

3.What is the difference between Month-Of Coordination and Partial Planning?

Month-Of Coordination focuses on final logistics and wedding day execution once planning is complete. Partial Planning + Coordination begins 3–6 months before the wedding and includes ongoing guidance, vendor support, budget assistance, and proactive planning—while still including full wedding day coordination.

2.Does the 3–6 month package include everything in the Month-Of package?

Yes. The Partial Planning + Coordination package includes all services offered in our Month-Of Coordination package, with additional high-touch planning support beginning months earlier.

6.What if I don’t have a wedding day timeline yet?

If you choose Month-Of Coordination, we will review and lightly revise an existing timeline. If you don’t yet have a timeline—or would like one thoughtfully built from the ground up—we recommend the Partial Planning + Coordination package, which includes a fully customized timeline developed and refined over time.

5.When should we book wedding coordination services?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially for the Partial Planning + Coordination package, as availability is limited. Month-Of Coordination clients typically book earlier in the planning process and begin working with us 4–6 weeks before the wedding.

7.What if we need additional support?

Additional services and custom add-ons may be available depending on your needs. We’re happy to discuss options during your consultation.

4.Is Partial Planning the same as Full Planning?

No. Partial Planning is ideal for couples who have started planning or want to remain involved while receiving professional guidance. Full Planning would include complete management from start to finish and is not reflected in these packages.

1.Do you offer full-service wedding planning?

Full-service wedding planning is offered on a very limited, case-by-case basis. Couples interested in this level of support are invited to complete an inquiry, followed by a personal consultation and interview process to ensure alignment in vision, expectations, and planning style. When the fit is right, we offer a fully customized planning approach designed specifically for your celebration.
